HOW TO REGISTER A LITTER WITH BOERBOEL UK:
Before any pup can be registered of course both parents must be health tested, DNA profiled and appraised. The process is that the health documents and the DNA profiles of both parents are to be sent to the secretary of BUKS. You must also send in the names, addresses, phone numbers of the new owners and the kennel names and the microchip numbers for each individual pup. These details should be sent in after the pups are microchipped at 6/7 weeks. If any of the litter remains unsold at 8 weeks then all pups should be registered in the breeders name and a transfer of ownership completed and handed to any new owner as each pup is sold after the 8 week stage. As the pups sell please send in all details to BUKS DATABASE MANAGER and new paperwork shall be completed and sent out to the new owner.
If any of the details/documents are missing then unfortunately we cannot complete the registrations for the pups. It is the duty of any BUKS breeder to make sure that paperwork is complete and that all puppy owners have their contract, health statement and puppy advice pack at the time the pup leaves if not before.
